Star statuses

After registering your account, you get three stars when you make your first transaction. Then, if you do not make at least one transaction within the first three months from the last transaction - your status will drop to two stars. If you do not make at least one transaction in the next quarter - your status will drop to one star. At this point, you will receive an email from us asking you to share your opinion on why you stopped making transactions with us. Your opinion is important to us. We encourage you also to fill in the survey, your insights will help us in the development of the company. If in the last quarter of the year you decide not to per transaction with us - your status will drop to zero stars.

A transaction must be made to earn three stars. With three stars, you get access to news, films, special offers and product specifications.

If you don't make a transaction for three months, you lose one star. With two stars, you lose access to news, films, special offers and product specifications.

If you fail to complete a transaction for the next three months, you lose another star. You can still browse the SNS FOODS offer and checkout - then you will have three stars.
